Cancellation of the reservation after the signing of the agreement and/or 1 week prior to tour date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total tour package.
No-show guests and/or a decrease in the number of pax on the expected tour shall be considered consummated and total payment will be forfeited.
This will only be allowed if advised 2 weeks prior to tour date and shall be subject to rebooking fee of Php1,500.00/pax and may be moved within 1 month subject to availability. Re-booking by reason of force majeure may be done within 1 month without re-booking fee.
In case of CANCELLED Tour due to did not reached the minimum equired number of guests to operate the tour, a 100% refund will be provided.
